  2.               V3.00 of the ICS Scanner Profiles

  4. Here  some  ICS  scanner  profiles  for  those  who  don't  have a
  5. calibration  target  yet  in  order  to generate their own scanner
  6. profile for ICS.  Following scanners are supported:
  7.  
  8. Artec A6000Plus
  9. Artec A6000C
  10. Artec AM12S
  11. Artec AT12
  12. CanoScan 2700 (Kodak Ektachrome Transmissive)
  13. Epson GT6000
  14. Epson GT7000
  15. Epson GT8500
  16. Epson GT9000  (Kodak Reflective and Ektachrome Transmissive)
  17. HP ScanJet 3C
  18. HP ScanJet 4P
  19. HP ScanJet 5P
  20. Paragon 1200SP
  21. Paragon 600IISP
  22. Paragon 600SP
  23. Paragon 600
  24. ScanExpress 6000SP
  25. ScanExpress 600CP
  26. UMAX Astra 610S
  27. UMAX Astra 1220S
  28. UMAX Astra 2400S
  29. UMAX PowerLook II

  31. IMPORTANT:   None of the scanner profiles will work correctly with
  32. your  scanner as each scanner is different.  So the profiles still
  33. don't keep you from getting a calibration target.

  35. If  your  scanner  is not too different from other scanners of the
  36. same  brand/type,  than  the profiles should at least allow you to
  37. improve  the scan quality.  Again, get yourself a real calibration
  38. target in order to make a profile for YOUR scanner.

  40. All profiles have been made using ScanQuix.  They should but
  41. not must work with other scanner drivers. Again, if you want
  42. to make sure everything works fine, get yourself a target!

  44. Installtion:  simply copy the profiles to the ICS_Profile drawer
  45. in your ICS drawer. Than select your scanner profile in ICSPrefs.
